It should be noted that other websites publishing similar information and made available to the public may provide unreliable results. For instance, the air quality data within the Emirate of Dubai could be monitored by other entities, organizations or individuals not related to DM.
These entities, organizations or individuals may utilize low cost sensors which are not listed as a reference and equivalent methods for monitoring ambient air by internationally recognized agencies such as the US EPA and BS EN, hence, produces unverified data due to inadequate quality control checks and procedures.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dubai Municipality eGovernment and all of its employees and agents from any and all liabilities incurred in connection with any claim arising from any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim. Dubai Municipality eGovernment reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree not to settle any matter without the written consent of Dubai Municipality eGovernment.
