This air quality forecasting model for the Emirate of Dubai relies on historical emissions inventory from mobile and stationary sources, in addition to the Photochemical, Dust and Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) Models.
Dubai Municipality makes every effort to ensure the provision of accurate and high quality data and information. Subject to uncertainty, the forecasting results may differ from observed concentrations during specific local events. Nevertheless, efforts are being made to continually improve the performance and results of the forecasting model. Dubai Municipality-Environmental Sustainability Department is not liable for any consequences of any decisions made based on the information provided herein.
